Available are healthy infants age 6 months and up at time of referral. Prior to referral, the babies are in a database for approximately six months. After coming off the database, the baby becomes available.

You must have a completed dossier and CIS approval prior to receiving a referral through our
agency.

At the present time we work with married couples and single women.The maximum age one can be to adopt from Kazakhstan at this time is 49 years of age.  Both couples and single women qualify to adopt. At time of referral the family will receive a medical report, video (if available - not always available for young
babies) and photographs of the child. It is highly recommended that you have a physician
trained in international adoptions view the information you receive prior to your accepting
the referral.

We will gladly provide a list of physicians for you to contact.

The children receive nurturing and stimulation from their caregivers.

Two trips are necessary for Kazakhstan, or you may stay the entire time which will be
approximately seven weeks give or take.

On the first trip, you spend time "bonding" with the baby for 15 working days, and then go to court. After your court appearance, you leave the country. You return in less than a month's time for approximately six days. The baby is taken to the medical clinic for clearance and then to the US Embassy for the interview and the child's Visa.

The child will return home on the IR-3 Visa and with the name you have chosen for your child. We are looking for families for our Kazakhstan program as we have many beautiful baby boys and girls who are in need of loving homes. Our families will stay in apartments except in two regions.  Each family will be provided a cell phone and only has to purchase the calling card.

We are now offering escort services, from some regions, in lieu of the family having to make the
second trip. Children will be escorted, for an additional fee, by a member of our in-country staff.
